About

2017USG_darkergreen.png“Oh, hi, I didn’t see you there.”
(because this is computer-mediated communication)

I’m Craig Bossley, an aspiring User Experience designer and current student at The Ohio State University.

This WordPress blog serves as a platform to intentionally apply my own insights in conjunction with the the course concepts presented in Communication 3545: Principles of Human-Computer Interaction taught by Dr. Jesse Fox.

This specific format or blog template was chosen to emphasis simplicity in light of Ockham’s Razor, functionality in consideration of form follows function, and communication in terms of greater accessibility and legibility. A rooted menu was chosen to keep a cohesive consistency between pages and facilitate in wayfinding, and the menu items themselves organized by category to reflect the potential for future entries and give visibility to important entry points. (There’s no such thing as perfect though, as this specific theme’s top menu occasionally cuts off important information).

I hope you find the contents of this website engaging and informative, and thank you for taking the time to explore the messy mind of a constant thinker. As always, I sincerely appreciate input and suggestions so feel free to reach out to me!

Best,

Craig
